FAQ

What is this course all about?
Relationship skills are what separate a healthy person from a narcissist. Not everyone, though, has been guided through the essentials that make relationship connections most gratifying. In this course we will highlight the skills needed to create safeness inside relationships. Special emphasis will be given to building empathy, managing conflicts well, and living authentically. While attention will be given to specific behaviors, we will also focus on the inner mindset needed to make the outer traits succeed.
